Human Rights and Civil Liberties
Enforcement of Chapter IV rights under the Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure) Rules 2009: unlawful arrest and detention, invasion of privacy, misconduct by police and task force personnel, and complaints to the National Human Rights Commission.
Electricity Consumer Rights
Disconnection and reconnection disputes, bypass and tampering allegations, inspection reports, back billing, meter reclaims and refunds under the Customer Protection Regulations 2023, and escalation through the Commission’s Consumer Affairs Division to the NERC Forum Office.
Police Detention, Bail and Criminal Process
Release from detention that has outrun section 35 of the Constitution, bail at the station and in court, opposing remand applications, and the arrest of a debtor at a creditor’s instance, where criminal process is being used to collect a civil debt.
Public Complaints and Petitions
Complaints to the Public Complaints Commission over the administrative conduct of ministries, agencies, public officers and companies; representation of companies and their officers summoned by the Commission to answer a complaint, including whether the complaint falls within its remit at all; and petitions to the heads of agencies over the conduct of their officers.
Debt Recovery and Fee Disputes
Demand letters, writs of summons and summary judgment for lenders and suppliers, and disputes over professional fees, for either side, where the work began before the terms were agreed.

Incorporation and post incorporation filings under CAMA 2020, letterhead and business letter compliance under section 304, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and share transfers.
Real Property, Landlord and Tenant
Title investigation, Certificates of Occupancy, consent to assign under the Land Use Act, leases, recovery of premises, and disputes between tenants sharing a building and its services.
Employment and Labour
Contracts of employment, disciplinary and termination process, undertakings and repayment agreements an employer asks an employee to sign, shortfalls treated as personal debts, and claims before the National Industrial Court.
